Reactive Dog Open Morning

A friendly reminder for all of you who have a reactive dog: our special Reactive Dog Open Morning is happening this Saturday, September 13th, from 10am to 12pm. (Humans only)

It can be hard finding a suitable off-lead space for a reactive dog can be difficult where you feel comfortable. Each dog park has its own pros and cons, so this is an opportunity to come look round and see if we are a good fit for you.

This event is your chance to come and have a look at our enclosed dog park, stress-free, without any dogs present. It’s an opportunity for you (humans only!) to get a feel for the park and determine if it’s a good fit for your reactive dog before you book.

The session is a drop-in, so you can come by anytime between 10am and 12pm. I’ll be around doing some maintenance and checks, and I’ll be happy to chat with you and answer any questions you may have.

For safety reasons, it’s a human only event so please leave dogs at home as it would be too stressful for dogs bringing them when they will see other dogs at the park.

We look forward to seeing you this Saturday!

** EXEMPT DOGS ** I wanted to address how we operate for owners with exempted dogs, as I've had a couple of messages from clients with exempted dogs in the past few days. 1) We DO accept exempted dogs. 2) There is NO extra charge for exempted dogs Our insurance just asks that: ❤️ Only dogs from the same household can attend (so if you have four dogs and one is exempted then you can bring all four, but you couldn't meet up with your friend and their dogs if you're bringing an exempted dog) ❤️ Exempted dogs must keep their muzzle and lead on in the car park but these can be removed once you are in the dog park and the gate has been securely shut. It's important to remember that every insurance provider may have different criteria, so I can't comment on why one place may operate differently or not but this is (thankfully) how ours works which we're grateful for 🙏 Hope that clears things up 🥰

** NEW DOG PARK RULE ** When visiting in future, we will NOT be allowing single dog visits. All dogs MUST now bring matching backup singer dogs for their visit going forward, to allow for perfectly symmetrical photos. Many thanks and thank you for respecting our dog park rules 🙏🙏 (only joking, have to say as sometimes I get messages worrying about if it's true 😂😂)
